Born and raised in the south of France, Souraia Daif Dantonio left behind her career in the fashion industry to move to New York in 2008, and start her journey with her family by opening a French Restaurant “Pates and Traditions”. 15 years later the adventure continues with her new restaurant Bistro So which is a bistro style restaurant that provides an incredible food experience and a nice casual ambiance. Certain days you will find yourself drinking french wine to live Gypsy Jazz or even live Afro Beat. At Bistro So, our goal is to offer a great culinary experience through our Traditional French Dishes. Our passion ranges from cooking to sharing memorable moments with you.
